This is to define the appropriate procedure and timing to offer employment to a potential candidate for hire within the College.
The departmental Vice President’s signature is required for all hiring requests.
- The hire request information is to be sent to Human Resources for salary placement and signature.
- All full-time hire actions require the President’s signature approval.
- Human Resources will make all job offers excluding part-time faculty.
- If further discussions need to be conducted that alter the conditions of hire (i.e., negotiations relative to salary), these discussions must include the President
