Service awards are provided to recognize and reward employees for service with the College.
Full-time active employees are eligible for a service award in the year in which they complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years of service.
Human Resources will identify the gift selection inventory for each relative service level. Periodically, the gift selection will be reviewed.
The employee will be responsible for selecting any gifts awarded to employees for their years of service. Human Resources will provide the listing of the gifts from which the employee may select. The College will recognize all employees celebrating a service anniversary as outlined above, once a calendar year, typically near the close of the calendar year (i.e., December or January).
