The Community College of Beaver County is committed to the creation and maintenance of a safe learning environment. All students are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful manner and to comply with the policies and procedures of the College. Any student who violates the policies and procedures of the College will be subject to disciplinary procedures as outlined in the Student Handbook. In the case of alleged violations of state and/or federal statute, the student may be reported directly to appropriate civilian authorities.
The Board of Trustees directs the College President to develop, implement, and enforce a student conduct policy that will include information regarding student rights and responsibilities, student discipline, and appropriate appellate procedures. The policy and relevant procedures are to be made available to students through the student handbook.
