The Board of Trustees for the Community College of Beaver County reserves the right of final approval for naming of its facilities and assets in recognition of individuals, companies, organizations or other entities who have made significant contributions to the College.
These contributions may take the form of significant service to the College and/or financial support of the College through initiatives of the CCBC Foundation. The Board likewise reserves the right to decline the offer of any contribution of money, property or other asset when the entity offering the contribution professes values not in alignment with the College’s Vision, Mission, Values and Goals.
The Board directs the President, in consultation with the CCBC Foundation Board, to develop procedures for implementation of the Naming Rights Policy. Within the procedures, the levels of financial support serving as the minimum for naming recognition are to be specified.
Criteria for naming in recognition of service to the College also are to be addressed.
