Category: 5 - FINANCE FACILITIES AND TECHNOLOGY
Section: 02 - FACILITIES AND COLLEGE PROPERTY

All buildings and equipment owned or leased by the Community College of Beaver County are primarily intended to support the educational mission of the College and to serve the interests of its students.  To the extent possible, the Board also wants to make its facilities available for reasonable public use that does not disrupt or conflict with the normal business operations of the College.

The Board directs the President to develop procedures for the use of College resources by employees, students and the community.  The procedures are to address the terms and conditions of usage, including acceptable and unacceptable uses.  The procedures shall also establish a schedule of fees to be assessed for use of college resources by individuals and/or organizations not associated with the College.
