May Graduates
In late March, you will receive a letter informing you of the process to order your cap and gown for the commencement ceremony and the directions for the day of the event. Please note, the day of commencement, you will not take home your actual diploma. Once your application is processed and degree is confirmed, your diploma will be mailed to the address indicated on your application. Please allow processing time once final grades are submitted for the semester in which your degree requirements were met. If you do not meet degree requirements, a letter will be mailed informing you of your next steps.

Once grades are posted, please allow 2 weeks for your conferred degree to appear on your academic transcript and an additional 4-6 weeks for receipt of your diploma.
