The Police Technology program is a unique offering at CCBC. The Beaver County Police Academy has teamed up with the College to provide you with the vocational and academic training leading to an Associate in Applied Science Degree.

This program is designed to meet State Training Commission instruction requirements through the Beaver County Police Academy at CCBC and academic degree requirements through the College. Providing students with 758 hours of training mandated by the State Training Commission in anticipation of employment as a municipal police officer, graduates can then apply for a waiver of Act 120 Training Requirements for certification approval from the Commission.

Completion of the academic portion of the program will prepare you for careers in criminal justice, criminology, and federal law enforcement.
