CCBC's Counseling Office provides students with academic, personal, transfer, and career counseling. Whether you are trying to juggle your schedule, struggling with a tough situation, or having trouble choosing a career path, our professional counseling staff will be there to help you every step of the way.

8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Counseling Checklist
* Tuition payments must be made at the Cashier's Office, located on the upper level of the Student Union Building. Cash, check, Master Card, or Visa are accepted. The Cashier's Office is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

* Only check and credit card are accepted for tuition payments made during evening hours. Payments can be made at the Information and Registration Center from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m.

* Check with the College Bookstore, located next to the Information and Registration Center, one week before the start of classes to purchase textbooks and other supplies or shop online even earlier at www.ccbcbookstore.com.

Summer Schedules
* Twelve-week classes generally meet once a week in the evening from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

* Five-week classes generally meet four days a week during the day. Available class times include 8 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

* Six and fifteen-week sessions are for Aviation, Nursing, and Police Technology students only.

* Online courses are offered during the twelve-week sessions in the Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions.

Academic and Registration Advising
* Upon registration, you will meet with your counselor to discuss course scheduling.

* Counselors will assist you in selecting the appropriate courses for academic and vocational goals.

* As students, you are encouraged to continue communicating with your counselor throughout each semester.
