Full Story

CCBC provides opportunities for men and women to compete at the collegiate level in the Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (WPCC), and we are a member school of Region XX in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA)

CCBC is a NJCAA Division II school in Men’s Basketball and Women’s Volleyball and Softball.  Scholarship opportunities are available for both men and women.  The basketball and volleyball teams play their home games in the college’s Athletics and Events Center and the softball team plays their home games on the college’s softball field, located on the main campus in Center Township.

Director of Athletics and Student Programs is John Ashaolu. The volleyball team is led by Head Coach Deanna Briody who recently finished her career at Geneva College as three year starter, First Team All-Conference Awards, and a National Ranking in the top ten in assists per game as a setter. Steve Brodzinski is head men’s basketball coach and has 10 years of coaching experience, having coached at almost every level of basketball.

CCBC is proud to be a part of the WPCC and the NJCAA. The men’s and women’s programs hold several WPCC and PCAA titles.
