Bob Courson is an energetic leader with more than 25 years of experience in high-level global human resources management positions with companies including Carmeuse USA; Calgon Carbon Corporation; Merck & Co., Inc.; Sharon Steel Corporation; and Timken Company. He has a demonstrated record of success in leading organizational change, and in implementing innovative human resources processes and programs that energized and engaged employees. Bob is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Ohio and the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurial Fellows Center. He is an active member of many professional, business, and community organizations, and serves on a number of non-profit Boards of Directors.
