Often landowners are relatively uninterested in minerals and mineral estates until they receive a letter from an oil company proposing to lease their mineral rights. Then, everything changes.
Brian Pitell of Luttner Financial Group is a landowner in Butler and Venango Counties where he has acquired first-hand experience in land leasing and mineral rights. As the first Regional Director for NARO (National Association of Royalty Owner) in the northwest region of PA, Brian has assisted landowners throughout the region creating awareness, providing education, and offering advice on the dynamic issue of mineral rights leasing and its financial impact on a family.
